Image Conversion: ConvertMela provides a free online service to convert images from one format to another, supporting formats including PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, SVG, GIF, TIFF, HEIF, AVIF, and RAW.
Image Resize: Our service also includes the ability to resize images according to your specifications.
Batch Processing: You can upload and convert up to 50 images simultaneously.
Free Service: ConvertMela is provided free of charge, though we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Authorized Content: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload, convert, and download any images you submit to our service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
File Size Limits: Each image file must not exceed 30MB in size. Files exceeding this limit will be rejected.
Service Misuse: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant ConvertMela a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service.
Service Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of ConvertMela, including but not limited to the website design, logos, and software, are owned by ConvertMela and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No Redistribution: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of ConvertMela without our express written permission.
Temporary Storage: Your uploaded images are stored temporarily on our servers for processing purposes only. Images are retained for 1 day (24 hours) from the time of upload and are automatically deleted thereafter.
Download Links: Download links for converted images are available for 1 day and will expire automatically after this period.
No Permanent Storage: ConvertMela does not permanently store your images. All files are automatically deleted after the retention period.
No Guarantees: While we strive to provide a reliable service, ConvertMela is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
No Warranty: ConvertMela is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Data Loss: ConvertMela is not responsible for any loss of data, images, or other content that may occur during the conversion process or due to service interruptions.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertMela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConvertMela, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Updates: ConvertMela reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
User Termination: You may stop using ConvertMela at any time.
Service Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConvertMela operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
